Potty Training and Letter Bb

So Marin got a really bad and painful diaper rash from her swim diaper over the weekend. She was miserable. So we let her go diaper free on Monday to see if that would help heal it faster. Plus she just wasn't comfortable in her diaper. So, I pulled out her potty and just gave it a go. I'm not real sure she is understanding what she is supposed to do but she has gone #1 and #2 in her potty. Once because she initiated it but the rest of the times it is because I ask her to potty every few minutes. She loves it though. Will grab a book or the Ipad and sit down to do her business. It really is funny. We'll see if it clicks or not. Verdict is still out.

I think she looks so stinking cute in those little training panties.
I may not let her go back to diapers just for that reason.

Family Time Part One: Kate and Carson

We went to Dallas this past weekend to visit family. It was great to see everyone and have some good cousin play time!

Sorry, Caden. You were just way, way too good with our kiddos and I have to have it documented how much Hollis absolutely adored you this weekend. (Good news....only about 2 people read this thing so I think you are safe.)

Family Time Part 3: Uncle Brig

Uncle Brig can be a pain in my big behind but man he loves our kids. And he loves them big. These pictures make him look sweet....but don't be fooled. (You can see where Caden gets it from.....)

Family Time Part 4: Wolf Creek Lodge

Bear and Honey treated us to a fun weekend at Wolf Creek Lodge Water Park. Needless to say, Marin had a blast. The water slides were her favorite. She would slide down and once she was at the bottom she would squeal and sign "more". The wave pool was a hit too. 

Hollis got in a lot of pictures....she can't move. :o)
But she is going to love the water just as much.
If I held her out for too long, she would bump me and wiggle to let me put her down in it. 

Yep, this is all I could get of this busy little fish. No time for pictures Mom.
