Hollis 12 Months

Our sweet Hollis girl at 12 months is....

• walking all over the place!!! Keeping up with her sister quite nicely. 
• climbing on everything...stairs, the red car, and the rocking chair are her favorite climbing toys.
• loves the slide!
• hates the bath. Not sure what happened but she hears the water and runs the other way! 
• loves playing with balls!
• she has to have the keys every time she sees them. 
• is the biggest wiggle worm during diaper changes. 
• loves playing with the play kitchen.
• pulls out the DVDs all. the. time. 
• says uh oh, dada, mama, ba.
• enjoys pulling her sister's hair. Argh. 
• has 8 teeth!
• loves playing on mom and dad's bed. 

Happy Birthday, Hollis!

Hollis turned ONE on the 16th and we celebrated with Mickey Mouse and a day at the Children's Museum. It was such a fun day celebrating our baby girl!

These didn't last long. 

We had streamers from the ceiling and a HUGE Mickey balloon.
In the Brednich home, it's not a party if you don't have a HUGE balloon.

Her Aunt Betsy had her Mickey shirt made.
I LOVE IT.
It is so stinkin' cute.

She loved just walking around and around. 

And this one....was ALL OVER THE PLACE. Sheesh. I think we lost her about 5 times.
She had a ball.

Hollis made a little friend and they played passing the animals back and forth for the longest time.
It was really sweet.

Then we came home and ate Hot Diggity Dogs and Oh Toodles Noodles (hot dogs and mac and cheese :o).

The balloons were the favorite but the cheap-o Mickey Mouse table cloth was a close second.

I hate that this picture is blurry but she LOVED the singing,
She is blurry because she is dancing back and forth. LOVED IT.
Then she stuck her finger right in the candle flame.

She was actually pretty disinterested in the cake but loved the oreos. ;o) 

Hollis Age 1

Texas Sunshine

Just a few more pictures from our time in Texas! The girls loved the warm sunshine. They played outside (in shorts and t-shirts) every day. While we were there, Burke sent me a picture of our street....it was covered in SNOW. So, needless to say, we enjoyed the weather. 

Aunt Betsy has stairs at her house. :o) 

She may have tasted some mulch.

She is really walking these days and I can see the rolls slowly disappearing. Tear. 

She is getting 4 front top teeth. You can kinda see them here.
They have been painful little buggers. 

She loved playing with Kate's doll house.

Then we got to see Uncle Brig, Aunt Kelly, Caden, and Tabor! Brig and Caden stopped by before school and snapped a few quick pictures. :o)
