Hollis- 2 Months

Sweet girl, I can't believe you are already 2 months old. You weigh 14 lbs and 5 oz and have officially grown out of your 3 months clothing. So, I've pulled out all of sister's 6 month clothes and luckily they are all summer-ish outfits just for you. You are in size 2 diapers but your beautiful belly is busting out of those soon as well. :o) Keep growing, little one, keep growing. You have had a rough go of things with your acid reflux but we are starting to see big changes with the medicine and other fun tricks (thanks Mary Joy for the tea suggestion). You still have some spells and, precious one, I hate, hate, hate to see you hurting. It absolutely breaks my heart and honestly, I am crying right along with you. But over all, you are improving TONS and are so very happy most of the day. So. Very. Thankful. We love you so much! Here's some other fun stuff about you right now....
  • You like watching the fan...I've learned that I can get dinner started if you are in your bouncy seat watching the fan. :o)
  • You have found your hands and they taste so good. You will suck on your whole fist!
  • You love taking a bath. You are just as relaxed as can be and will hang your little foot off the side of your seat and splash in the water.
  • You are not a fan of the carseat. At all.
  • You are starting to like the bouncy seat and will hit the rattles on the mobile.
  • You are a GREAT sleeper! Thank you! You take a big morning nap and big afternoon nap. At night, you nurse one last time around 9:00 and then you sleep until around 2. Then sleep again until around 5ish. You usually snuggle with me then and we get up around 6. Sister wakes up around 7 so some mornings we get an hour just for us.
  • You have started really enjoying playing on the playmat and hitting rattles. Marin usually joins you and when she does you watch her more than you play.
  • You absolutely have the sweetest, most beautiful smile! (But you rarely smile for the camera. Little stinker!)
  • You are having better days thanks to medicine.
  • You still has a lot of  DARK hair. We'll see if it stays this dark. Other than your hair, you look like your big sister and Daddy.
  • You LOVE your swing! You usually take your naps in it.

And now for a whole lot of pictures of our beautiful girl!

Aw, Hollis and Avery are pretty much the same size! Wow! I'm so glad to hear the acid reflux is starting to improve. That is just so not fair for little babies to have to deal with!

She's precious, Stacey. So sweet. I want to kiss those cheeks!
