Some of her accomplishments are:
- sitting up. She has pretty much conquered this task!
- She has eaten rice cereal and a banana. Needless to say, both are big hits. Especially the banana. She still gobbles down milk and leaves a lot of "leftovers" all over her face though.
- She drinks water out of a sippy cup. This is new. She loves the cold water.
- She loves songs with animal sounds in it. We sing a song to the tune of "If you're happy and you know it" but with the words "If you're a pig and you know it say oink oink". We go through about 200 animal and animal sounds. She loves it.
- She laughs when I dance. So does her daddy.
- Sleeping...all wackadoo right now with traveling and moving. And now that she is so alert about everything, naps are a real treat...
- She loves to play with her toys. She can grab, hold, shake, chew.
- She has started to point. It is really cute. She will get her little pointer finger and jab my eye out.
- She sits up in the tub for her bath now. Now more baby seat thingy. She loves the water. Any water. Tub water. Pool water. Sippy cup water.
- She is extremely friendly. She will smile at everyone and if you don't notice her, she will stare at you until you do. The stare can last quite a long time so just acknowledge her. (And she will let you hold her as long as she can see her Mommy and Daddy....or you'll have a meltdown.)
